Joseph B. Nossal, founder of Conrad’s Drywall and Paint Services, possesses over 20 years of extensive, hands-on experience in carpentry. From 2007 to 2015, he honorably served as a skilled builder with the U.S. Navy Reserves SEABEES, where he gained valuable expertise in construction and teamwork. Following his military service, Joseph joined General Motors, achieving journeyman status as a vehicle inspector. After 11 years, he chose to redirect his career and was employed at the Department of Veterans Affairs from 2023 to 2025, serving as a carpenter, maintenance mechanic supervisor, and later as an Environmental Specialist, further honing his skills and dedication a a blue collar worker.

Joseph has since committed to fully focusing on expanding and leading Conrad’s Drywall and Paint Services within the private sector. Therefore, we provide an upfront estimate for material costs, with labor fees payable upon closing. To maintain the integrity of the transaction, engagement of a licensed realtor is mandatory. Full payment is required at closing. Should the house not be sold within 90 days from entering contract agreement, payment plans with applicable interest will be offered. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in legal proceedings as deemed necessary.

Regardless of the project's size, we prioritize having all details documented and mutually agreed upon in writing. Should additional work be requested, we prefer to establish a new contract upon completion of the current project.

However, achieving the level of blending and transparency we strive for may require up to three days for the same area size. During the curing period, the workspace will be cleaned and prepared for use whenever possible. It is essential to allow the area to dry completely and remain free of debris to ensure a successful and lasting result.

    Once materials have been purchased for the project, we will proceed with the agreed-upon selections. Any changes to paint colors, sheens, or textures after this point are not covered under our policy. Clients who decide to alter colors after purchase and application will be responsible for a new project invoice and any additional costs. We strongly encourage clients to confirm their color and sheen choices prior to purchase and application to avoid any inconvenience.

  • As a professional company, we engage exclusively in hands-on projects and partner only with established, reputable businesses that hold independent contractor liability insurance when projects fall outside of our scope.
